Clenbutrol seemed too good to be true -- the store page offered little information about what it contained or how it worked. Luckily, I was able to track down an ingredient list and do some research of my own. My findings seemed to indicate that Cleubutrol is safe and effective for anyone who wants to lose weight or have more energy.
So What is Clenbutrol, and How Does It Work?
Clenbutrol is a supplement made by Crazy Bulk which tries to emulate the fat burning and weight loss action of Clenbuterol. Clenbuterol's results are impressive and have been supported by a bunch of celebrities and athletes, including Jessica Hardy and Victoria Beckham. It burns fat by "increasing the rate at which body fat is metabolized while increasing the body's basal metabolic rate" -- in other words, it's the perfect weight loss drug.
Clenbutrol delivers the same results with a mix of legal over-the-counter substances. It uses both modern science and the results of traditional medicine to deliver a cocktail of weight loss effects. It contains a fat burner, a fat blocker, and an energy enhancer -- the three things that are most important to me when I look for a supplement.

Clenbutrol is an easy to order supplement that combines Guarna, Bitter orange extract, Garcinia cambogia extract, and Nicotinamide to mirror these effects. These ingredients are safe, legal and commonly found in both herbal remedies and energy drinks. They work together in order to help you lose weight and keep your energy levels up. How, exactly?
- Guarna is a caffinated bean known for its energy and metabolism boosting properties. It's found in things like Red Bull and Monster to help fight fatigue. It's also been found to reduce appetite and promote cardiovascular health.
- Bitter Orange Extract has been popular since the Ephedra ban because of its thermogenic fat burning effects. It contains a compound called Synephrine, which is well studied and has a wealth of scientific data backing its results. While it's weaker than epinephrine, it still boosts metabolism and helps you burn fat.

I don't know why this information isn't on the product's site. It was easy for me to verify all of these claims with some quick research once I had found the ingredient names. I'm sure the people selling this would sell even more if they made it easier for people to find this information.

How to Take Clenbuterol
Now before you take your clen, it is a very good idea to first get a checkup from your doctor. This is extremely important if you’re currently taking any sort of medication. It is also important if you have some sort of medical condition such as high blood pressure or a heart ailment.
As to how you should take Clenbuterol, often you have to follow the directions that come with the purchase. It’s not as if you can ask a doctor how to take it—they’ll just tell you not to.
One possible approach is by trial and error. You start with 80 mcg a day and then watch your core body temperature. You can slowly increase the dosage until you reach 120 mcg, while you check the Clenbuterol results. At about the 4 to 6-week mark, you can start to dial it down. You can also stop when the initial results taper off and your body temperature is back to normal. You then take a few weeks off from clen before you begin another cycle.
Another recommendation for weight loss is the “2 on 2 off” protocol. It’s either you take it for two days straight and two days off, or take it for two weeks and then you stop for two weeks. That’s because the receptors get saturated after a time. This recommendation also advises the use of T3 (thyroid hormone) and an anabolic steroid such as Winstrol, Testosterone Propionate (test prop), and trenbolone. A diet with moderation in mind is also recommended.
Still another expert endorses the 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off approach. You should start with a low dose of 20 mcg to be safe, and you must never go over 200 mcg per day. Typically, men stay within the 60 to 100 mcg range per day, while women take just 10 to 40 mcg a day.

So if you weigh a lean 180 pounds, that means when you’re taking clen your diet should consist of 270 grams of protein, 90 to 180 grams of carbs, and 45 grams of fat a day.
What Clenbuterol Does
According to its proponents, Clenbuterol is an effective fat-burner. It directly stimulates the fat cells and it speeds up the breakdown of triglycerides which then forms free fatty acids. In other words, you burn up your fat more efficiently. You lose weight by eliminating the stored fat in your system instead of depleting your muscles (which sometimes happen when you run for too long).
Clen also vastly improves your body’s ability to transport oxygen into your cells. Your muscles then get the oxygen they need when you work out, so in effect you can lift heavier weights and work out for a longer period of time. Not only does this help when you’re shedding fat in your cutting cycle, but you also retain your muscles.
What Are the Side Effects?
Clenbutrol is a safe supplement that tries to raise your energy levels and your metabolism. Some users reported feeling like they’d taken an energy drink after taking the pills. This isn’t entirely a bad thing — if you replace your morning coffee with Clenbutrol, it should be more or less a wash.

It’s made of safe ingredients that are well studied with few side effects.It’s legal and easy to order.
Officially, doctors will advise against it because it is against the law. And there are some people for whom this drug is truly not recommended. They include children, people who are allergic to clen or to any ingredients found in clen brands, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Clen is also especially dangerous when you suffer from the following conditions:

- Coronary heart disease
- Congestive heart failure
- Ischemic heart disease
- Prostatic hypertrophy
- Urinary retention
- Myocardial infarction
- Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy
For regular people, it is a personal choice. There is always the risk of hospitalization even if you get the real thing. But if you do try it out, go slow and always monitor the Clenbuterol results. No one has yet proved that a person died from clen overdose, but this is not the time for you to be the first.
