Garcinia Cambogia on its own is a super delicious and healthy fruit grown in Indonesia and India. It also goes by the name Tamarind Fruit . According to studies , it has got calcium, iron, thiamine, phosphorus, niacin, riboflavin.This tropical fruit extract is also being used as weight loss pill which apparently claimed to reduce weight almost immediately. There is quite a bit of talk about the side effects of it. Here is where it gets a little tricky, its rind contains a compound called hydorxycitric acid (HCA) which experts claim to decrease appetite and prevents your body to store fat.

Faint rash though hasn’t been reported with those who are taking branded products but they have reported fatty stool. As it reduces the fat quantity and therefore absorbed by the gut into the body and the fat is eliminated as stool.

Restlessness and lack of sleep is reported by those who don’t exercise. Part of the body energy comes from fat and with Garcinia , you eat less and you body starts working hard to break the energy. So if you don’t work out, you don’t get proper sleep.

Side effects cannot be discussed completely with talking about dosage. Research shows a healthy adult can take 2800 milligrams of HCA but for weight loss, this is considered a high dose. With obese, they tempt to take higher dose but excessive dose can make it worse.
